Otherwise if you are returning to CGFNS, enter your password to log in.
Once logged in, click on My Messages. Then click on Contact Us link which will allow you to pose a question to our Applicant Navigation Services team.
For Authorized Agents using the Authorized Agent Portal:
If you are new to CGFNS, click to register before you may pose a question to our Applicant Navigation Services team.
Otherwise log in using your Username or Email Address and Password.
